The "North - Central - South" Football Festival with International Friends!

After months of preparation, the VJSS National Football Tournament 2025, also known as VJSS NATIONAL "YAMAHA CUP 2025", successfully took place over 3 days from August 15th - 17th, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City. The tournament was not only a sporting event but also a cultural festival, bringing together more than 40 teams and over 100 matches, with young talents from VJSS branches nationwide and notably, the participation of students from CJSS (Cambodia) - a branch of VJSS.

Fierce and Emotional Matches

The tournament delivered top-tier, dramatic matches right from the first whistle. Teams, representing their regions after competing in internal qualifiers, traveled to Ho Chi Minh City to showcase their talent and fighting spirit:

Particularly on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday morning, the atmosphere at the fields was more vibrant than ever. The players delivered spectacular plays, breathtaking goals, and emotional comebacks, clearly demonstrating the remarkable progress they made during their training at VJSS.

Gala Dinner – The "North - Central - South" Unity Night

The highlight of the tournament wasn't confined to the football field. On Saturday evening, VJSS hosted a warm and magnificent Gala Dinner, where everyone gathered to socialize and share stories. The party became even more meaningful with the presence of many distinguished guests:

Representatives from VJSS management across all provinces and the CJSS branch (Cambodia).

A representative from the main sponsor, Yamaha Motor Vietnam.

• Notably, the presence of Mr. Ngo Le Bang, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation. He expressed his delight and high appreciation for VJSS's initiative in creating a beneficial, healthy, and professional summer football playground for children.

The Gala Dinner truly became a night of cultural exchange, strengthening friendships and the spirit of solidarity within the great VJSS family.

Closing Ceremony – Awards & Surprising Gifts

The Closing Ceremony took place in a joyful atmosphere, honoring the extraordinary efforts of both teams and individuals:

Team Awards: The championship trophy and medals were awarded to the most outstanding teams in each age group, recognizing the well-deserved achievements of the collective.

Individual Awards: Prizes such as Top Scorer, Best Goalkeeper, Best Player of the Tournament... were presented, celebrating the stars who shone throughout the season.

One of the most memorable and surprising moments of the ceremony was the lucky draw. Nguyen Huu Hoa (U11 Hanoi) was overwhelmed with joy when he became the lucky owner of a valuable Yamaha - PG1 motorcycle, a meaningful gift from the main sponsor, bringing pride back to VJSS Hanoi.

Exploring History at the Cu Chi Tunnels

After the tournament's conclusion, VJSS organized a special trip for the students and their parents. Everyone visited the Cu Chi Tunnels, a great historical site of the nation. The trip not only helped the children relax after intense days of competition but also served as a vivid history lesson, helping them understand more about the brave traditions of their ancestors.
